Hotel Sofitel Budapest hosted the annual DiningGuide.hu award ceremony on 19 January 2012. Onyx was voted Restaurant Of The Year 2011, Kistücsök in Balatonszemes was named the 'Countryside's Favourite Restaurant'; and Mák was the winner of 'Budapest's Favourite Restaurant' in 2011.

The outstanding quality wines of the Villány wine region occupy a leading role in the domestic market. The Villány-Siklós Wine Route was the first bastion of domestic wine tourism that was why we chose it as the host for the first wine dinner of 2012.
